We will only provide a refund or a replacement of merchandise, due to a manufacturing defect that was caused by our production issue because these are customized products created by you.
Return Terms and Conditions
We are not able to provide refunds or replacements of merchandise with
user generated defects such as typo errors, spelling errors, design or
layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistake in
selecting product size, product type, paper selection, printing options,
failure to remember or use promotion offers.
We do not provide reprint/replacement due to mishandling.
